Can I order a custom part or model?

Yes, by prior analysis of our jewelery artisans. For this you will always need to send us by email, description and photos of the intended piece. From these elements, a budget will be given without compromise and the client decides if he intends to advance to the manufacture of the piece.

Will my silver jewelry go dark?

Yes. Unfortunately after some time the silver parts turn out to darken a bit and this may be due to a variety of factors, such as the chemical reaction of silver with its skin or the values of relative humidity of the air.
Fortunately, there are several methods to take care of your silver jewelry. If you wish, you can ask us for advice / tips to keep them always as new.

I intend to order a ring but I do not know what the measurement of the finger is. How can I do it?

If you do not know your ring / ring number just measure the inside of one of your rings with a ruler in millimeters and send us that value.

I ordered a ring, but I was mistaken in the measure. Can it be adjusted?

Of course yes. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your ring, and tell us the correct size you want. We will explain how you can resend your jewelry. We offer you the adjustment of your ring, you will only have to bear the costs of that referral. The execution time of this adjustment can be a maximum of 3 weeks.

Can I have my jewelry engraved?

Yes. Some parts can be engraved. To do so, send us e-mail with reference of the part and recording you want and we will tell you if it is possible, possibly having an associated additional cost.

In the case of wedding rings JP Jewelry offers the recording, which can be either normal or personalized with the bride and groom’s handwriting.

How long does it take to get my personalized jewelry ready?

In order to comply with the manufacturing steps, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the part to be ready.

How do I know that my piece is in gold or silver?

JP Jóias sells products duly contrasted with the legal punctures adopted by the INCM (see table with the marks in the “conditions” tab). In case of doubt about the authenticity of the trademarks, the customer may use, for verification purposes, the services of the Contrasts.

How many cool punches does my jewelry have?

Usually the jewels will have two marks: one with the legal puncture that identifies the precious metal used and its purity and a second mark with the identification of the manufacturer.

I bought a jewel, and I noticed that it only has a puncture and that it is not included in the table with the legal punctures adopted by the INCM. Does that mean it's not authentic?

No. The marking of jewels in precious metals is dependent on the weight of each piece. Thus, the following articles are exempted from marking:


– Articles with platinum or gold weighing not less than 0,5 g;

– Articles with a silver of 2 grams or less


These articles are only marked with the manufacturer’s mark. puncture.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipment of the pieces is offered by JP Jewelry, for national territory. Only in case of return is that the value of the shipments of the same is supported by the customer.

For international shipments, you must contact us in advance by email so that we can indicate the value associated with each specific shipment.

I chose my jewelry, and I already paid. When do I receive it?

After the payment we send your order in 24 hours. The delivery time can vary between 1 and 3 working days, after dispatch.

How do I know my order has already been shipped?

After payment and shipping of the order, you will receive an email with a tracking code through which you can follow the route of your order online.

I placed an order and I want to cancel the order. It's possible?

Yes. Cancellation is possible when made in writing via email indicating the order number, if it has not yet been shipped. You will be refunded the amount paid within 48 hours.

I want to make a return. How should I do?

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

In order for the return to be possible, you must meet certain conditions:

  • The jewelry should be in perfect condition and not have been used.
  • The seal on your jewelry should be in perfect condition and not have been removed / torn.
  • The jewelry has not been subject to customization or size adjustment.
  • Your previous purchase could not have been returned, in order to avoid possible abuse.
  • The jewelry has been returned within the stipulated time limit for this purpose.

What forms of payment are available?

You can make the payment of your order by bank transfer, credit card or ATM reference.
